of a delay with no major problems by the way on the bridge getting into san francisco. westbound -- i'm sorry, westbound macarthur maze traffic looks good. this is 101 in san francisco. earlier, we were able to see the commute quite clearly but now the fog has moved in. mark and i have been working pretty hard with the fog and trying to keep track of it. if you are on the peninsula, highway 101 is looking good. 280 is looking good in some dense fog. now, let's go to mark. >>> hi there, sal. good morning to you. yeah, we've been watching the fog all morning long. with the help of daylight, getting a better idea of the pattern. it's still hovering near the coast and right 57 the bay -- and right around the bay. the national weather service issues a dense fog advisory until 9:00 this morning, this in place towards the bayshore line, san francisco, the coast, half moon bay, concord, hayward, fremont. there's patchy fog for some of the inland! s up near santa rosa and napa. be extra careful with the fog. here's a look at some of the current fog reports

with any information. in morgan hill, lorane blanco. >>> san francisco police are asking for the public's help tonight to catch two burglars. this surveillance footage was taken on february 25th at the apartment building in the 1100 block of guerrero street. police say it shows two men picking a lock to steal a key left for postal carriers so they can get into the building. the two men are then seen inside walking through the garage before they disappear into an area with no cameras. here's a look at the men. investigators are asking anyone with information about their identities to call san francisco police. >>> a bill to approve civil unions for same-sex couples is on the desk of colorado governors tonight. passage of the bill culminates the rights to same-sex couples. one passage from a 29-26 vote in colorado's health. two republicans joined all the democrats to approve the measure. the democratic governor is expected to sign the bill. >>> the boy scouts is surveying about allowing gays and lesbians into their organization. the national council of the boy scout will vote in may. >>>

to be pushing in and that storm is going to be bringing a lot of rain from it. from san francisco to los angeles, we expect to see anywhere from about a half an inch to an ench of rain, so that's going to cause some problems. then as we make our way as far as the winter part of the system, the wasatch, sierra could be looking up to a foot to two feet of snow. and we're even looking at a pretty good snowstorm in flagstaff, arizona. they could pick up 6 to 9 inches of snow in the next 48 hours. to the west of denver, upwards of 2 feet of snow working its way in. today, though, here's what we've got. showers in salt lake and a temperature of 47. phoenix, gorgeous day. plenty of sunshine. billings, montana, sunny and 51. denver is at 60 degrees right now. then in the next 48 hours, they will be in the midst of a very big snowstorm. medford looking at clouds and a temperature of about 30. we'll get to your local forecast right after this message. but there are some things i've never seen before. this ge jet engine can understand 5,000 data samples per second. which is good for business. because plane

that everyone thought had a brilliant future in the san francisco police department walking down third street when a gang member walked the other way with an ak-47, opened his coat and shot him dead. how many times does this have to happen? and it happens all over. that's why the police are for this. you know, you can exempt retired police. they have been trained. they know how to use these. very different from a grievance killer. very different from jonesboro or columbine or virginia tech. very different. and the clips, the size of the clips, who needs it? i mean, would anyone respect someone with a 30-round clip going out shooting deer? i don't think so. so the problem is, you know, i understand the right of people to want to collect these and nothing takes any weapon away from anybody. and to prove it we exempt so many weapons. so i have a hard time understanding why our country isn't better off. with respect to case -- i know others will argue this -- but no assault weapons legislation has been struck down. my last bill went through the fourth, the sixth, the ninth and the d.c. circuit. t
